    Suit Claiming Winery's Actions Spoiled Pabst Deal Trimmed

    A federal judge has dropped four of six claims in beverage retailer Cafe Agave's lawsuit alleging a Missouri winery soured a distribution deal between the retailer and Pabst Brewing and forced Cafe Agave to recall almost 14,300 cases of alcoholic cold brew coffee drinks due to bacterial contamination, finding the retailer can't recover damages for claims of fraud that are also recoverable as contract damages.
