An Oregon federal judge has refused to strike a portion of Columbia Sportswear Co.'s complaint alleging two former executives violated non-compete and trade secret contracts by taking confidential documents from company computers shortly before joining a rival company, ruling that the men had not shown the allegations would prejudice them.
