Groups Move To Drop Washington Energy Code Suit
Homebuilders, trade groups and natural gas utilities are dropping a suit challenging Washington state energy code amendments they claimed would unlawfully limit or ban gas appliances after officials delayed their implementation and launched a process to consider modifying them in light of a Ninth Circuit ruling on a gas ban in Berkeley, California.
