    Pickle Co. Says Expired NDA Sours Competitor's IP Suit

    A New Jersey pickle company urged a Florida federal judge Wednesday to dismiss a Massachusetts competitor's suit claiming it stole its secret recipe, saying a nondisclosure agreement pursuant to a co-packing deal has ended and that the former partner continues to "manufacture jurisdiction" based on where cucumbers are sourced.
