T-Mobile is trying to get out of a nearly $14 million arbitration award, but the cellular retailer that the mobile behemoth owes the money to told a Washington federal court that it is not the venue for the "specious" challenge because both companies are residents of the Evergreen State.

T-Mobile has asked a federal court in Seattle to void an arbitration award granted to former cellular retailer Wireless World, which claims the telecommunications giant improperly closed redundant stores in the wake of its merger with Sprint.
