Steel Co. Says Ex-Workers Took Designs To Open Competition
A Michigan steel fencing manufacturer asked a federal court on Monday to order former employees to sign over a copyright for product designs, saying the ex-workers used drawings the company owned to create their material and open a competitor — all while working for the manufacturer.
