    Mass. Facility Using Once-Barred Shock Devices Sues FDA

    The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center is suing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for allegedly flouting federal open records laws, adding that the agency worked to resurrect its ban on electric shock harnesses, which the facility says it uses to deter aggressive and self-harm behaviors in patients with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
