Zohar Ch. 11 Dismissal Hearing Procedures Set By Court

Law360, Wilmington (April 13, 2018, 7:55 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt distressed company investment vehicles the Zohar Funds are prepared to defend their Chapter 11 filings at hearings beginning Tuesday after a Delaware judge decided Friday on how those hearings should proceed.

During a status conference in Wilmington, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher S. Sontchi said the two days of hearing on motions to dismiss the cases or to have a Chapter 11 trustee appointed to oversee them would provide equal time for each side to present their evidence and their closing arguments.
