Security Co. Claims Fired Exec Tried To Profit Off Client Info

Law360 (December 9, 2019, 8:10 PM EST) -- In a federal lawsuit launched Friday, a Pittsburgh-based security firm accused its former director of operations of threatening to auction off its trade secrets to a group of competitors after being terminated from the company in July.

S.V.B. Associates Inc., which operates under the name Security Systems of America, accused former operations director Robert Lomb Jr. of colluding with an outside company following his termination to sell off SSA customer lists and other information concerning more than ten thousand client accounts.
