MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: (482 in 1:20-cv-03668-GHW-SDA) MOTION for Recusal . filed by Samantha Siva Kumaran, (387 in 1:20-cv-03873-GHW-SDA) MOTION for Recusal . filed by Samantha Siva Kumaran.For the foregoing reasons, the Court adopts the R&R's recommendations in full. Plaintiff's motions to recuse are DENIED. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore IFP status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at Dkt. It is further ORDERED that the Appellee's motions to dismiss are GRANTED, and the appeals docketed under 25-1067 and 25-1708 are DISMISSED because this Court lacks jurisdiction over those two appeals. See Petrello v. White, 533 F.3d 110, 113 (2d Cir. 2008); Spencer v. Casavilla, 44 F.3d 74, 78 (2d Cir. 1994). As to the stay motion, upon due consideration, it is hereby ORDERED that that motion is DENIED as moot as to Appellant Kumaran and as meritless as to Appellant Nefertiti Risk Capital Management, LLC.
