MINUTE ORDER: Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion to Appoint Guardian Ad Litem for Minors J.J.H., Ja.M., And Jo.M., ECF No. 20 , is GRANTED. It is ORDERED that: (1) the Court shall appoint a guardian ad litem ("GAL") to represent the interests of each of the minor children, J.J.H., Ja.M., and Jo.M.; (2) the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado's Civil Pro Bono Panel shall locate a volunteer from its GAL list to serve as GAL for all three minors; and (3) any compensation payable to the GAL or other persons appointed to represent the interests of the minor children, or any other costs arising out of any Order of this Court to protect their interests, shall be deducted from the Death Benefit.
