MEMORANDUM AND ORDER sustaining in part 48 Motion for Settlement. The Court approves the settlement which creates a common fund of $981,000 to be distributed to the 507 collective members. The Court appoints Analytics Consulting as the third-party settlement administrator and authorizes the following awards from the common fund: (1) plaintiffs' counsel's attorney fees totaling 20 per cent of the fund ($196,200); (2) plaintiffs' counsel's litigation expenses in the amount of $414.60 to be paid from the fund; (3) a $1,100 service award to Mr. Perry to be paid from the fund; and (4) $19,956 to Analytics Consulting for the cost of notice and settlement administration.
