Docket Text ORDER: In their complaint, Plaintiffs sued (i) Pamela Bondi in her official capacity as Attorney General of the United States and (ii) Daniel P. Driscoll in his official capacity as acting Director of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. See doc. 1 at 1. But Todd Blanche is now the acting Attorney General of the United States and Robert Cekada is now the Director of the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 25(d), the Court "automatically substitute[s]" as defendants in this suit (i) Todd Blanche for Pamela Bondi, and (ii) Robert Cekada for Daniel P. Driscoll.
