ORDER: Because Plaintiff may have been operating under the assumption that she need not respond to the motion to dismiss (because she believed she was entitled to a default), the Court grants Plaintiff until 5/28/24 to file any opposition to Defendants' motion. Should an opposition not be filed, then the Court will consider the motion unopposed (and Defendants need not continue to write letters inquiring about the same.) If Plaintiff does file an opposition brief, Defendants shall have until 6/11/24 to file a reply brief. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Sanket J. Bulsara on 4/26/2024. (MEG)
