On 9/29/2026, plaintiff filed a letter motion seeking discovery responses from the Erie County defendants and the City of Buffalo. 234 The Court set a response date for 10/9/2026 and scheduled a discovery conference for 10/15/2026. No responses have been filed by either the City of Buffalo or the Erie County defendants addressing plaintiff's letter.
Unless advised by the parties that the issues in plaintiff's 9/29/2026 letter have been resolved, the Court expects plaintiff's counsel and counsel for both the Erie County defendants and the City of Buffalo to appear for the discovery conference on 10/15/2026.
