MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy to Chief Magistrate Judge Carolyn K. Delaney on 9/16/2026: The court is in receipt of Plaintiff's 34 Motion for a 12-day Extension of Time. The court has previously granted Plaintiff several extensions of time to file the Second Amended Complaint as well as prior pleadings. (ECF Nos. 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 10 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 19 , 22 , 25 , 31 , 33 .) Plaintiff was also warned that the court will look upon further requests for an extension of time with disfavor. (ECF No. 26 .) Therefore, the court DENIES Plaintiff's 34 Motion for a 12-day Extension of Time. The Second Amended Complaint shall be filed by 9/30/2026.
