ORDER granting the parties' Joint Motion for Entry of Consent Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 11) and denying as moot plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction, and Expedited Hearing (Doc. 3 ) and defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond (Doc. 10 ). At the request of the parties and on their joint motion, the court has entered the parties' Consent Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 12). The parties' joint motion also asks the court to deem plaintiff's preliminary injunction motion as moot. Doc. 11 at 1. The court does so now and thus denies Doc. 3 as moot, without prejudice to refiling. Defendants' request for an extension of time to respond to Doc. 3 is also denied as moot.
