Yet they have represented to a different court that they possess property worth $70,000 and possess at least $28,444 in cash. See Exhibit B to Motion to Set Aside Order of June 24, 2026, 1014 Spruce QOZB, LLC v. Henderson et al., No. 2522-AC14976-01 at *9 (Mo. Cir. July 2, 2026). IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall show cause, no later than July 27, 2026, why this case should not be dismissed under 28 U.S.C 1915(e)(2) (complaint of plaintiff proceeding in forma pauperis must be dismissed if Court determines that allegation of poverty is untrue).
