ORDER granting 247 Letter Motion for Leave to File Document. In a June 8, 2026 letter, Plaintiff moves this Court to (1) grant Plaintiff "leave to amend its complaint to assert four new claims" and (2) "set the Trustee's new claims for trial or summary disposition within 45 days." (June 8, 2026 Pltf. Ltr. Mo. (Dkt. No. 247) at 3, 5) Defendants oppose both of Plaintiff's requests. (See June 11, 2026 Def. Ltr. Mo. (Dkt. No. 251)) On June 9, 2026, this Court referred Plaintiff's letter motion to Magistrate Judge Moses. (See June 9, 2026 Amended Order of Reference (Dkt. No. 249)) The referral of Plaintiff's June 8, 2026 letter motion is withdrawn. This Court will decide Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend and for an expedited trial or summary disposition. The following briefing schedule will apply to Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend and for an expedited trial or summary disposition: 1. Moving papers are due on July 3, 2026; 2. Opposition papers are due on July 10, 2026; and 3. Reply papers, if any, are due on July 15, 2026. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the pending motion. (Dkt. No. 247) SO ORDERED.
