Order to Show Cause. On March 7, 2012, Plaintiffs John Morina and Thomas Markham filed a class action complaint against Defendants in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. (Doc. No. 1 ). The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation ordered that this case be transferred into this MDL on March 21, 2012. (Doc. No. 4 ); (see also Doc. No. 5 ). No substantive proceedings have occurred since that date. Therefore, it hereby ordered that Plaintiffs shall show cause, no later than July 31, 2026, why this case should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Judge Jeffrey J. Helmick on July 17, 2026.
