ORDER SETTING HEARING AND BRIEFING SCHEDULE - The preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. (ET) on 12/9/2026, and will continue until the parties have finished presenting evidence and argument. The parties shall file a notice alerting this Court of any intent to call live witnesses at the hearing on or before noon, 12:00 p.m. (ET) on 12/8/2026. Defendants' response to Plaintiffs motion and any supporting declarations or exhibits thereto are due on or before 11/27/2026. Plaintiff's reply and supplemental declarations or exhibits are due on or before 12/7/2026. In addition, Plaintiff's response to Defendants' motion to dismiss is due on or before 10/16/2026.
