MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. The Court orders the following: Because federal question jurisdiction exists, the Court DENIES 12 McCaul' s motion to remand. The Court DENIES 13 MOTION to Change Venue filed by Dan Patrick McCaul. The Court DENIES 17 and 29 MOTION to Arbitrate filed by Dan Patrick McCaul. The Court DENIES 22 MOTION for Leave to File by Dan Patrick McCaul. The Court GRANTS his renewed 32 MOTION for Leave to File filed by Dan Patrick McCaul. With respect to McCaul's 32 "consolidated filing", the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART the motions contained therein. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants are not required to respond to any of McCaul's pro se motions absent an explicit directive to do so from the Court. At this time, Defendants are directed to respond to McCaul's 37 motion for a temporary restraining order and injunctive relief. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. McCaul is not to file any documents that are not motions or briefs permitted by the Local Rules of Procedure for the District of Montana.
