ENDORSED ORDER : Having reviewed the plaintiffs' response to this court's show cause order, the court hereby extends the deadline for the Commissioner to achieve full compliance with this court's injunction to December 31, 2024. The Commissioner shall file status reports on or before August 23, 2024, and November 29, 2024. The status reports shall include data regarding the extent to which the Commissioner has been successful in accepting the transfer of IEA patients to a designated receiving facility within six hours of the receipt of a completed IEA certificate.
