They advise that plaintiff is onboarding new counsel and this will allow the parties to engage in the required meet and confer. They also advise that they have agreed to extend the expert disclosure deadlines by 60 days, which is something they may do by agreement without leave of court, provided that movement does not compromise the rest of the schedule. Because the requested movements should not jeopardize the dispositive motion deadline or trial, the parties' motion is GRANTED. The parties are advised: A change in counsel will not provide good cause to move the dispositive motion deadline.
