IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: Upon consideration of the Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion to Enter Third Joint Stipulation to Modify Consent Decree, and the Court having determined that the Third Joint Stipulation to Modify Consent Decree is fair, reasonable, and consistent with the objectives of CERCLA, the Plaintiffs' Unopposed Motion is GRANTED and the Third Joint Stipulation to Modify Consent Decree lodged at Dkt. No. 26-1 is APPROVED and ENTERED as a final order of the Court. (aco)
