ORDER : The Court finds that Defendants' Motions to Dismiss are meritorious. Plaintiff, Leonid Goldstein, has failed to state claims under RICO in his Complaint and proposed First Supplemental Complaint as a matter of law. The Court GRANTS the Motions for Extension of Time and for Leave to File Brief in Excess of Page Limits and DENIES the Motion for Expedited Review. For the reasons argued by the Defendants in their Motions to Dismiss and Briefs in Support, the Court GRANTS the Defendants' Motions to Dismiss.
