DEFAULT JUDGMENT FOR SUM CERTAIN: On August 11, 2026, Clerk's Entry of Default was entered against Defendant Tehum Care Services, Inc., d/b/a Corizon Health, Inc. and Defendant Corizon, LLC [ECF No. 16]. Motion for Default Judgment for a Sum Certain [ECF No. 15 ] shall be granted, and the Clerk of Court shall enter default judgment for a sum certain. Accordingly, Default Judgment is entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendants for $486,481.61, plus pre-judgment interest in the amount of $267,564.89 for a total sum of $754,046.50. Post-judgment interest shall continue at the legal rate permitted by law, until paid in full. (CLT)
