Minute
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Jeannice W. Appenteng: For the reasons stated therein, plaintiff's motion for leave to file motion under seal 73 is granted; plaintiff's motion to replace Docket No. 72-2 with a redacted version 74 is granted in part. The Clerk is directed to remove Docket 72-2. Plaintiff has leave to file the redacted version as its own filing. Because of the nature of the motion, the Court has entered this order without defendants' position. However, going forward the parties are reminded of the Court's procedures which apply the meet and confer requirement not just to discovery motions, but to all motions that a party wishes to file. At minimum, plaintiff should have included defendants' position on the motions. Mailed notice. (kl, ) (Entered: 06/07/2024)
