ORDER ACCEPTING JOINT STATUS REPORT AND NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL AND CLOSING CASE ON THE DOCKET. The Joint Status Report of the parties 313 , and the Notice of Voluntary Dismissal 311 are hereby accepted and approved. The claims at Counts I-IV of the Consolidated Amended Complaint were previously dismissed with prejudice by Order of this Court 286 , and the remaining claims of the Consolidated Amended Complaint at Counts V-IX were dismissed by the Plaintiffs via their Notice of Voluntary Dismissal. All member cases in this Multi-District proceeding had been previously closed administratively by Order of this Court. Further, all claims advanced by the Plaintiff in civil action 1:21-cv-00113 have now been dismissed. Therefore, there appearing to be no further matters pending before this Court as to any matter involved in this proceeding, the Clerk is directed to close it upon the docket of this Court, and to notify the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation of such actions.
