After hearing from the parties the Court made the following rulings: The Court denies the Motion at DE#23 as moot for the reasons stated in open Court and on the record. As to the Motions at DE# 10 and #16 the parties have until close of business on 7/24/2026 to file additional briefing. After any briefings are filed the Court will enter a Report and Recommendation.
