ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH LEAVE TO REPLEAD: Plaintiff's complaint, filed IFP under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(1), is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3), and for failure to state a claim on which relief ma y be granted, 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii), with 30 days' leave to replead. The Court denies all pending motions without prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is directed to terminate them. (ECF 7-13.) MINUTE ORDER: In light of the seemingly overlapping issues between this case and Montefiore Medical Center v. Kennedy, No. 24-CV-1810 ("Montefiore I"), Plaintiffs are hereby ORDERED to show cause on or before August 11, 2026 why this case should not be stayed pending a decision in Montefiore I. See Order, Montefiore Med. Ctr. v. Becerra, No. 24-CV-2991 (D.D.C. Dec. 20, 2024), ECF No. 17 (staying a follow-on case to Montefiore I). It is further ORDERED that Defendant shall file a response to Plaintiffs' show-cause submission on or before August 18, 2026.
