USCA SANCTION ORDER: It Is Ordered that the appellants Michael H. Wu and Christine T. Wu are sanctioned $1000 for filing frivolous appeals. Within fourteen days of the date of this order, the appellants must tender a check payable to the clerk of this court for the full amount of the sanction. If the appellants fail to pay the sanction by the due date, this court will enter an order directing the clerks of all federal courts in this circuit to return unfiled any papers submitted either directly or indirectly by or on behalf of theappellants unless and until they pay in full the sanction that has been imposed against them.
