JOINT STIPULATION BETWEEN LEAD PLAINTIFF AND DEFENDANTSREGARDING SCHEDULING DEADLINES AND ORDER: 1. Any Underwriter Defendant who has not already been served has authorized their undersigned counsel to and hereby do accept service of the Summons and Complaint, but otherwise preserve all their respective rights, remedies, and defenses other than with respect to the sufficiency of service, and shall have no obligation to respond to the Complaint; 2. Lead Plaintiff shall file an operative complaint by November 19, 2026; 3. Defendants shall file answers or motions to dismiss Lead Plaintiffs complaint by January 19, 2027; 4. To the extent any Defendant moves to dismiss Lead Plaintiff's complaint, Lead Plaintiff shall file opposition(s) by March 17, 2027; and 5.
