TEXT ORDER - Pending before the Court is Frederick Stampone's motion "to continue pension payments with back pay." ECF No. 187. In a later submission, Defendants' counsel indicates that Mr. Stampone's "pension benefits have been restored and [that] he has received retroactive benefits from the date [the] same were suspended." ECF No. 189. To the extent Mr. Stampone wishes to address Defendants' response, he may submit a letter to the Court by June 4, 2026. The pending motion (ECF No. 187) is hereby ADMINISTRATIVELY TERMINATED. If the Court does not receive any submission from Mr. Stampone in the timeframe mentioned above, the Court will deny the motion (ECF No. 187) as moot. So Ordered by Judge Claire C.
