Slaughter: For the foregoing reasons, the court ISSUES monetary sanctions in the amount of $500 against Perrong, to be paid to the court on or before July 9, 2026. In addition, Perrong is ORDERED to disclose the court's two admonishments in this case that Local Rule 7-3 is not optional or a "checkbox requirement" in response to any future order to show cause re sanctions issued by any court in the Central District of Californiawhether on the basis of a violation of Local Rule 7-3 or otherwise.
