Extensive discussions were had with the parties and all counsel, and agreement was reached on numerous key terms for a potential resolution. However, at least one issue remained unresolved and counsel requested additional time in which to conduct further negotiations among themselves as to that issue. Counsel are to e-mail a joint report to Clay_Chambers@ohnd.uscourts.gov no later than close of business on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 indicating whether there is final agreement on a proposed resolution of this matter or if an additional Settlement Conference should be scheduled.
