ORDER granting 40 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery. Section A of the Case Management Order dated May 30, 2024, is amended as follows: 1. All fact discovery shall be completed by April 15, 2027; 2. Plaintiff shall provide his expert disclosures and reports on or before May 17, 2027; defendants shall provide their expert disclosures and reports on or before June 17, 2027; and expert discovery shall be completed on or before July 6, 2027. 3. Plaintiff's pretrial narrative statement shall be filed on or before August 5, 2027; 4. Defendants' pretrial narrative statement shall be filed on or before September 7, 2027; 5. Counsel shall confer, complete and file the pretrial stipulation on or before September 20, 2027; and 6. All dispositive motions shall be filed on or before October 20, 2027.
