ORDER granting 38 Motion to Extend Time. Section A of the Case Management Order dated May 30, 2024, is amended as follows: 1. All fact discovery shall be completed by September 15, 2026; 2. Plaintiff shall provide his expert disclosures and reports on or before October 14, 2026; defendants shall provide their expert disclosures and reports on or before November 11, 2026; and expert discovery shall be completed on or before December 5, 2026. 3. Plaintiff's pretrial narrative statement shall be filed on or before January 6, 2027; 4. Defendants' pretrial narrative statement shall be filed on or before February 7, 2027; 5. Counsel shall confer, complete and file the pretrial stipulation on or before February 21, 2027; and 6. All dispositive motions shall be filed on or before March 20, 2027.
