   ORDER: 5/6/2026, the parties bundle filed (1) Defendant's motion for sanctions and supporting materials, which is 73 pages long (DE 43 ), (2) Plaintiff's opposition and supporting declaration, which is 36 pages long (DE 44 ), and (3) Defendant's reply, which is 16 pages long (DE 45 ). On 9/23/2026, District Judge Joan M. Azrack granted Plaintiff's notice of voluntary dismissal without prejudice (DE 59 ).
   
   On 9/24/2026, Judge Azrack referred the motion for sanctions to the undersigned for a report and recommendation, as well as related requests by Plaintiff for additional briefing (DE 46 ; DE 61 ). Four days later, Defendant filed its own request for additional briefing. See DE 62 .
   
   As noted above, the original briefing on the sanctions motion exceeds 120 pages. The Court GRANTS the requests for additional briefing (DE 46 ; DE 61 ; DE 62 ), but will place strict limits on the length of briefs and supporting materials, as well as the subject matter of these submissions.
   
   It is hereby ORDERED that:
   
   (1) Defendant shall serve by 10/9/2026 a supplemental memorandum of law and any supporting materials.
   
   (2) Plaintiff shall serve by 10/23/2026 a supplemental reply memorandum of law and any supporting materials.
   
   (3) These supplemental submissions shall address only the following topics: (a) the events that have transpired in this case since 5/6/2026, (b) the impact, if any, of the fact that Defendant did not raise with Judge Azrack or the undersigned the potential sanctions motion until 4/15/2026 (see DE 36 )--more than sixteen months after the Complaint was filed on 12/6/2024 (see DE 1 ); (c) the impact, if any, of the fact that Defendant did not object to Judge Azrack's orders regarding any of the undersigned's discovery rulings (see 3/5/2026 Order (denying motion to stay discovery); DE 54 (denying motion to reconsider prior denial of motion to stay discovery)); and (d) the impact, if any, of Judge Azrack's denial of Defendant's pre-motion letter requests (DE 10 ; DE 16 )on 5/13/2025 and 10/7/2025.
   
   (4) The parties' memoranda of law are limited to ten pages. Any supporting materials are limited to ten pages. No further submissions are permitted in connection with the sanctions motion.
   
   (5) The parties shall bundle file these supplemental submissions on 10/23/2026. The parties shall deliver two courtesy copies to the undersigned's chambers of the original briefing and the supplemental submissions by 10/30/2026. These courtesy copies shall be organized in three ring binders and contain tabs and an indexes.
