Plaintiff may pursue limited follow-up discovery that appears reasonably necessary, if any, from Mr. Oberhof's deposition, namely the possible supplemental production of documents or interrogatory responses to written discovery properly served in compliance with the Fact Discovery Cut-Off (i.e. 30 days or more before August 25, 2026), in the event that Mr. Oberhof's deposition testimony identifies additional responsive information.
