The litigation and discovery deadlines set by this Court in the Order for Extension of Stay of Litigation (Dkt. 88) is SUSPENDED and CONTINUED for the duration of the Stay Period. 3. A Status Conference is SET for February 19, 2027, at 11:00 a.m. The Parties are DIRECTED to file a Joint Status Report no later than February 5, 2027. 4. All other dates set by the Court pursuant to its Order for Extension of Stay of Litigation (Dkt. 79) are CONTINUED through the Stay Period. 5.
