ORDER.
The court's CRD received correspondence from defense counsel that non-appearing defendant Sharon Inkelas will appear in the case and respond to the complaint in the coming weeks. Ms. Inkelas was served personally on September 14, 2026, see ECF No. 77 , making her response to the complaint due next Monday, October 5. Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(a).
Ms. Inkelas has not yet consented to magistrate-judge jurisdiction. It would be helpful to the efficient management of the case if she could consent (or decline) the court's jurisdiction, which she may do without waiving any defenses. See, e.g., Feng v. County of Santa Clara, No. 19-cv-06877-LB, 2019 WL 7194475, at *1 n.1 (N.D. Cal. Dec. 26, 2019); Harper v. City of Cortez, No. 14-cv-02984-KLM, 2015 WL 4113825, at *3 (D. Colo.
