ORAL Order to Respond: The court granted Plaintiff counsel's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, (Dkt. 64 ), and ordered Plaintiff to inform the court how he wished to proceed by February 25, 2026, (Dkt. 65 ). Plaintiff did not meet that deadline. The court ORDERS Plaintiff to provide the court with his mailing address and to file a status report informing the court how he wishes to proceed, either with new counsel or pro se, on or before March 18, 2026. The court reminds Plaintiff that he must comply with all orders of this court. If Plaintiff fails to respond to the court's order by March 18, 2026, the court will dismiss this case for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). Plaintiff's previous counsel is not aware of Plaintiff's mailing address, but provided the court with Plaintiff's email address. The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this Order to Plaintiff's email address. Responses due by 3/18/2026. Entered by District Judge Jasmine H. Yoon on March 4, 2026.
