ORDER OF DISMISSAL: Before the Court is the parties' Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(2)(A)(ii). Dkt. No. 43. The joint stipulation is approved. It is ordered that the plaintiff's claims against the defendant are dismissed with prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. ORDER: Before the Court is the plaintiff's Notice of Settlement and Motion to Vacate Deadlines. Dkt. No. 73. Accordingly, the motion to vacate deadlines is granted. All outstanding deadlines are vacated, as is the trial setting. Within 30 days of this Order, the parties shall file either a joint stipulation of dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(l)(A)(ii) and a proposed order or a joint status report regarding the settlement. The Clerk of Court is directed to administratively close this case for statistical purposes without prejudice to it being reopened to enter a judgment or order of dismissal or for further proceedings if the settlement is not consummated.
