ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT granting 54 Motion for Settlement. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms that are capitalized herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to those terms in the Settlement Agreement. 2. The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action and personal jurisdiction over the Parties and the members of the Settlement Class. The Court finds that, subject to the Final Approval Hearing, the Court will likely be able to approve the Settlement as fair, reasonable, adequate, and in the best interests of the Settlement Class.
