Order on Motion to Withdraw as Attorney
PAPERLESS ORDER striking the Motion to Withdraw (the “Motion”) [ECF No. 176]. Local Rule 7.1(a)(2) requires that motions to withdraw or substitute counsel “be accompanied by a proposed order that is filed and served submitted via email to the Court.” Here, however, no proposed order has been filed on the docket. We thus strike the Motion and remind the parties to abide by our Local Rules.
