MINUTE ORDER issued by the Courtroom Deputy for District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 7/8/2026: Pursuant to a 9 Joint Notice of Settlement filed by the parties on 3/16/2026, the court issued an 10 Order on 3/20/2026 directing the parties to file dispositional documents by no later than 6/15/2026. That deadline passed several weeks ago. Despite a courtesy email reminder sent by this court's Deputy Clerk to Counsel, the parties have still not complied with the court's 10 Order. Accordingly, the court hereby ORDERS the parties to SHOW CAUSE, by no later than 7/13/2026, why they have failed to comply with the court's 10 Order.
