Because the Defendants have not filed an answer or motion for summary judgment, Plaintiffs' Motion 6 is unnecessary. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(i) (a plaintiff may file a notice of dismissal before the defendants have answered the complaint, and such notice operates to dismiss the action without a court order).
