TEXT ORDER: The Court has received Plaintiffs' September 11, 2026 letter listing only the witnesses who Plaintiffs intend to depose, but omits listing any depositions that Defendants intend to take. (ECF No. 92 ). This letter fails to comply with this Court's September 4, 2026 Order directing the parties to "submit a schedule for any remaining depositions" by September 11, 2026. (ECF No. 91). At the in-person settlement conference, which shall proceed on September 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., Defendants shall provide a list of ALL witnesses that they intend to depose with dates certain, which are to be arrived at following a meet-and-confer with Plaintiffs BEFORE the settlement conference. Should the matter not resolve at the settlement conference, these depositions will be So Ordered. Failure to supply a firm list of witnesses and dates shall result in waiver of the same.
