Minute Entry for proceedings held before Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Marutollo: A settlement conference was held on July 22, 2026. Pro se Plaintiff and Defendants' counsel appeared. The parties reached a settlement in principle. All discovery deadlines are adjourned sine die. Defendants shall file a stipulation of dismissal on behalf of the parties by August 14, 2026. Defendants shall serve a copy of this minute entry on Plaintiff and file proof of service by July 23, 2026. Portions of the conference were transcribed; ex parte discussions are exclusively accessible to the respective party speaking. SEALED LOG 3:34-3:45 can be accessed by both parties.
