It is further ORDERED that, if Defendant timely notices an appeal of the Court's June 24, 2026, judgment by July 24, 2026, then Plaintiff shall file any bill of costs and motion for attorneys' fees within 30 days after the mandate issues in that appeal; otherwise Plaintiff shall file any bill of costs and motion for attorneys' fees by August 24, 2026.
